- We typically ship in 10-14 days. All orders ship as quickly as possible. 

- Under normal circumstances, your order will ship from our facility within 14 days. 

- Shipping originates in southern Indiana. 

- Transit times to your location will vary and are in addition to the 14 day guarantee.

- Napier Precision Products is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper shipping practices. 

Return Policy

 We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you don't like what you see when you open the package contact Zach at Napier Precision Products. There is contact information on this website, in the Installation Guide, and on your Invoice.

- Returns must be initiated within 10 days.

- Return Authorization must be received before returning the package.

          - Contact Napier Precision Products through this website. 

- Buyer assumes responsibility for insuring package and for all return shipping costs.

           - UPS is the most reliable carrier for our address

           - Product remains the property of the purchaser until it is received in original condition. 

- Products must be returned in protective sleeves and box.

- Products must be returned and received in original condition. 

          - Products not received in original condition will be returned to the purchaser and the refund will not be issued.

- Products that have been installed, painted, damaged by the end user, or modified in any way can not be returned. 

- Refunds on items in original condition will be processed using the same source as original payment and within 5 business days. 

- Returns must be initiated within 10 days.
